Mulch Delivery Request

Please accept the following terms and conditions for all mulch deliveries.

-The requester certifies that they are the owner or an authorized representative of the owner of the property where the mulch is to be delivered.

-The requestor understands that Everett Tree Service only delivers in increments of 10, 15, and 20 cubic yards and charges $16/yard plus a delivery fee based on proximity.

-The requestor understands they must accept the entire amount ordered, and if the quantity of mulch delivered is more than needed, the requester understands it is their responsibility to dispose of any excess mulch.

-The requestor understands that although damage to their property is unlikely, in the event that it does occur, they will hold Everett Tree Service harmless for any damage to paved areas, turf, or landscaping caused by the delivery of mulch.
